You will be a well-experienced Project Manager who has undertaken building refurbishments, including re-roofing of large commercial premises.

You will possess a Construction or Project Management qualification with at least 5 years experience in refits / refurbs with strong roofing / re-roofing experience.

You will have excellent communication skills to direct and lead the project ensuring all parties are fully aware of their individual responsibilities, whilst ensuring the project meets expected timescales.

You will be commercially astute and able to ensure that the project is delivered within budget constraints.

You will have an opportunity to successfully lead this recognised maintenance / service provider in successfully delivering this project ensuring their continued income stream within this sector.
