Our client offers exciting products to sell on a territory with strong growth potential for someone who has sound relationships in place and a technical selling track record within the interventional and surgical markets.
You will be responsible for:
• Meeting and exceeding sales budget on territory, through leveraging existing relationships and regular sales calls to new customers including NUM’s, theatre / cath lab staff and hospital management
• Growing sales via coaching and training of physicians in cardiac cath lab, vascular theatres and radiology market
• Planning and running your territory like your own small business including managing consigned stock, competitor intelligence, updating selling skills etc - this is an independent role working with minimal supervision as management are based in Sydney at HQ but are only a phone call away for help and support as needed.
• Perth based with some interstate travel also for industry conferences and Sydney product training
To be successful in this role you must have:
• 3 -5 years direct selling background in high end medical device implants and providing device support, a stable work history is essential given the high degree of training required and long term relationships you would develop
• Exposure to Cardiac Catheter Laboratory, Interventional Radiology or Endovascular Theatres in sales alternatively experience as a radiographer or other direct industry experience would be highly regarded in addition to bringing across “goodwill” from the local market.
• An autonomous, flexible approach with strong levels of drive and initiative and working independently
• A passion for a dynamic, competitive sales environment and the energy to perform to a high level
• The capability to influence and persuade a small customer base in a tactful, rapport building and supportive manner
• Tertiary Education – Science or Nursing preferred
• Good personal presentation, positive attitude and ability to get on well with people at all levels
You will be supported by supportive, open management who are keen to help you grow. The company also provides specific training programmes (internal and external) to further your knowledge and sharpen your skills.

The package includes a base, $70-75k(subject to experience), $18k car allowance and uncapped incentives around $17k per annum. Also leave loading and full hospital medical insurance.
