As you would expect preparing works and maintenance programs coupled with the management of construction contracts from award of tender through to project completion is critical to their performance.

With this in mind they need someone with experience in civil engineering works, estimating and tendering ability and an established track record in project management. Your excellent communication and leadership skills will ensure you are able to drive and motivate the team to meet the works program on time and in budget.
 
You will ideally be qualified in civil engineering, business or have substantial experience related to the role.
