Based in Perth, reporting in to the Project Manager, you will be fully emerged in the commercial side of the project, including typical contracts administration work, daily administration tasks, assisting the site supervisor, pricing and doing variations, measuring controls and other quality and contracts related work.

You will need the following:
- Degree qualification / Tafe construction management & economics qualification / Diploma in building registration may be advantageous but not essential
- A good understanding of the civil construction industry
- A minimum of 10 years experience as a contracts administrator
- Good understanding of Microsoft Office
Salary depends on experience but will be in the region of $100k-$150k plus benefits. Salaries outside that range can be considered for those with exceptional levels of experience.
