This leading provider of engineering services to civil, engineering, mining and rail sectors is seeking an Operations Manager- Rail for their WA business unit. This Perth based role will see you part of a growing team and well-regarded Australian company.

In this role you will be responsible for managing the overall success of rail construction & maintenance projects through effective planning, customer relations and financial management. Projects will vary in size and location throughout metro and regional areas, with direct project based staff reporting under your direction.

We would like to hear from degree qualified individuals with relevant management experience and a strong background in rail engineering/ construction/ maintenance environments. It is envisaged the successful candidate will have excellent communication, project management, client liaison and business development skills.

You must have a strong technical understanding and have the ability to lead and grow staff as well as develop client, sub contractor and consultant relationships effectively. On offer is an attractive salary package and conditions.
