This company is recognised as one of the premier conceptual and front end design consultancies in the world and has a solid track-record in Australia including involvement with many of Western Australia's largest oil and gas projects.

Due to continued success in the region, it now has a requirement to expand the current team and engage an experienced subsea engineer who is able to take on a Lead role within the team with the intentions of moving into a managerial and strategic level within a tangible period of time.

You are a talented subsea design engineer able to fully embrace all requirements of this senior position including the ability to lead and develop a team, provide expert technical advice to international projects and to develop the business to enable it to continue to tackle the ever increasing challenges of deepwater subsea developments. 

Your exemplary track-record in front end subsea design and project delivery, from absolute inception including conceptual design and select to FEED will make you the obvious choice for this role.  Highly technically proficient, you will also display burgeoning management and business development skills together a natural aptitude for the commercial aspects of running a business.  Your exceptional communication skills, including the ability to interface at senior, and sometimes board level with clients is key to your success and your personal and professional standards across all key areas is very high.

Joining a highly experienced and respected Perth-based team, you will have all of the support necessary to develop a successful subsea business unit, indeed, the company is already very successful in this market sector and really now needs someone with the technical expertise and commercial acumen to drive the business forward.
