Due to internal promotions, the opportunity has become available for a Principal Structural Engineer to take over the reigns of the Structures division of arguably one of the most talented teams in the industry. Leading this team of structures specialists will require the successful applicant to demonstrate considerable experience in the delivery of high profile bridge/infrastructure design projects in Australia. In addition to your exceptional technical expertise, you will be responsible for the management of a large team, therefore an interactive, personable and trustworthy management style that commands respect is required in order to ensure this healthy, success orientated and cohesive environment is maintained.

Reporting to the National Group Leader of this global consultancy, you role will include:
- Coordinating, controlling and supervising all engineering, design and materials control work carried out for projects by the structures design team; in addition to quality and safety
- Coordinate marketing activities; bid and proposal management
- Providing technical leadership, guidance and supervision of all junior staff within Structural group
- Resource and career planning within your team
- Input into senior management meetings helping to define the future growth of the business.
