My client, a well known global organisation, is currently seeking an experienced Change Manager to come on board to ensure the effective planning & implementation of change across a large project. You will be responsible for leadership engagement, business preparation, stakeholder management, business readiness and training. You will be working closely with PM's, BA's and the training manager to ensure a smooth change process.

Once the planning and strategy has been devised and signed off, you will then be expected to execute and deliver. You will also be adept at ongoing maintenance and improvement along the way..
