- Change management in an SAP context
- Demonstrated experience within the Energy/ Mining industry
- Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment
- Well developed leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience within a top tier consulting firm
- Knowledge of Learning, Knowledge Management, Talent Management, Requirements/Needs Analysis, Change Readiness Assessment, Communication Planning and Management, Job/Role Design, Organisation Design and Change Tracking
- Relevant tertiary and professional qualifications; and
- The ability to start within 4 weeks
