Due to recent success, we now have an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Recruitment professional to join our Perth branch.

Your will be joining a key brand of the Chandler Macleod Group, one of Australia's largest and most diverse HR outsourcing and recruitment companies; with over 50 years experience, a vast network of 75 offices nationally, an enviable reputation and a client list which really is the envy of many recruiters!

Taking responsibility for the ongoing support and growth of our existing contractor base, and developing current and prospective clients across Western Australia, this role will provide an exciting next step for your already successful career.

This unique opportunity will provide the right person with a transition path from IT recruitment delivery to more of an Account Management focused role over time. Using your already established candidate networks you will deliver high quality recruitment services whilst developing your Account Management and high level Business Development skills to ensure the retention, growth and success of this expanding business.

The successful candidate will need to be a proven self starter, possess strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills. You will need to be a dynamic and results focused IT recruiter with a desire to achieve only the best outcomes for your clients and candidates alike. Naturally, you will have outstanding people and communication skills across all levels, the ability to develop strong professional relationships and a strong work ethic will see you consistently over achieve.
