Hi to every one of you, I am trying to figure out what people expect when buying a Beach Holiday Home. When spending approximately $1mill. Other than the amazing empty beaches views to die for and full use of resort facilities, what is it that would make you want one? Big or Small Block? Exclusivity? Community feeling?
