yes i too think realestate is no. 1 over priced and over rated no. treats renters like crap. If investors and owners would stop for five mins and think about how they would like to live their lives having to constantly ask for permission to just put up a pic of their family or to have a new pet of even have another child have family come and stay for a visit longer that 2 weeks well things would be way better. tennents would treat your investments better as you would inturn treating them like actual people and not second class citersons
