After working out on my own for a few months now, I realised that I need professional advise to take me to the next step.
I would be looking for initially one or two sessions for a trainer to provide me with the basics and lead me down the right path.
Not into becoming a muscle hunk or extra fit individual. Just looking for some toning and getting ready for summer.
I work out in my buildings gym in the CBD and usually do so around 6 am weekdays.
