The Billings Manager will ensure day-to-day department operations run smoothly in a high volume environment. You will also serve as the liaison person with other departments within the organisation on invoicing related matters and be involved in the maintenance of the practice management system.
The responsibilities include but are not limited to:
· Taking ownership of the Practice Management system
· Supervising the operational staff team and provide guidance and advice
· Supervising the Collections Group Billings
· Allocating of adjustments
· Producing monthly bank reconciliation sheets
· Coaching of the staff
As the successful applicant you will be someone who has the flexibility of dealing with different personalities, have accuracy and attention to detail and have the ability to prioritise work demands. Ideally you will come from the legal or professional background.
