The Team:
This team develops offerings to meet the needs of the bank's corporate and Business clients. They take an end-to-end view of the customer offerings across the group to provide robust and competitive innovations.
The team also has end-to-end responsibility for a range of innovation developments for the group that support our customers for their domestic and international needs.
Major Accountabilities: - Key representative to all internal stakeholders
- Responsible for revenue growth within the bank
- Responsible for communicating and influencing priorities for development to core channel areas, ensuring a customer centric approach to development remains.
- This is a highly technical role and strong understanding of IT and Transactional Business is required
- Manage internal stakeholder relationships
- Lead all product projects
- Manage operational risk
- Educate and Manage distribution network
Must have Experience: - IT Implementation experience
- 5 years experience in a similar position
- Strong client facing and relationship building skills
- Clear communication skills
- Online or transactional experience Highly regarded
This role would also suit someone from a telco or pre sales background.
