A well established and successful organisation is seeking someone to join their insurance division.  They cover over 2,000 properties and over 1000 vehicles and all insurance policies related to them.
 
As the Manager, you will play a critical part in implementing and developing insurance strategies to streamline processes. You will be responsible for all insurance budgets, annual operation plans, participating in executive board meetings and managing a small team. In addition you will need to build excellent relationships with stakeholders and manage insurance renewals.
 
To achieve this they need someone with extensive knowledge within the insurance field, people management skills, who are empathetic, has the ability to influence and resolve issues and has a practical but also patient approach.
