Due to maternity requirements, this highly-regarded business requires an experienced Legal Counsel to join their in-house legal team.   Reporting to the Head of Legal, you will work on a range of financial services, commercial and corporate advisory work, including advising on FSR and APRA regulations, advising on corporations law, drafting PDS’ and negotiating commercial contracts.

You will be a qualified lawyer of around 5 years’ PQE, with good financial services and corporate/commercial legal skills and availability to start a long-term contract at reasonably short-notice.   You should be an effective communicator, have a strong work ethic and be a good team player.
