This is an excellent opportunity to work with a great Partner who specialises in all aspects of intellectual property rights. Key focus areas of the practice include the pharmaceutical, biotech and fast moving consumer goods industries and franchising.
Branding work includes clearing new brands, registering and maintaining trademark portfolios and enforcing registered trade marks and reputation rights across industries like food, wine, household products, luxury goods, apparel, cosmetics, financial services, airlines and telecommunications. You will work with clients’ marketing and management teams on advertising strategies, clearing product performance claims, keeping competitors honest and defending challenges.
You will need at least 5 years of solid trademark experience, demonstrating the breadth of that experience, and an ability to take the lead on complex matters on behalf of large corporate clients. Our client is hoping to find a registered Trademark Attorney but if you are a lawyer and you meet the requirements outlined above, then we would like to hear from you too.
This firm is serious about providing a positive, motivating and interesting work environment for everyone to enjoy. They encourage personal and professional excellence and success in everything that they do and value honesty, integrity, balance and enduring relationships.
