As Senior Manager you will take responsibility for a small team of online marketers and lead and develop them to drive your online strategies to market.

You will work closely with the wider marketing team to develop and implement online campaigns that are fully integrated to the end to end brand and campaign initiatives . You will use your online expertise to develop customer focussed website and affiliate programs that drive traffic online and maximise both acquisition and retention through the online channel.

As well as been a strategic online expert you will be looking for the opportunity to utilise your well developed stakeholder and financial management skills.

You will work closely with key senior stakeholders internally and externally across product, marketing and sales as well as creative and online agencies to ensure that the use of the online marketing channel is understood and maximised.

You will have full budgetary responsibility and be driven by delivering maximum ROI and by continually striving to influence the bottom line through profit growth and effective strategy implementation.

You will be a consultative and hands-on leader as you also continue to be heavily involved in the implementation of your campaigns and lead by example across the team.

To be successful you will be an expert in Online  Marketing within the retail banking industry. You will have a proven ability to develop campaigns and online portals that maximise brand awareness and drive customers online.
