ABOUT THE ROLE:
Reporting to the GM Marketing, you will manage all Customer Relationship programs, its component and associated programs to deliver the business objectives of retention, resulting in repeat sales. You will be responsible for the direct marketing discipline, loyalty programs and database management. Liaison will be amongst internal departments and service providers and external call centres, agencies, roadside and event companies. Duties will encompass increasing customer loyalty, conquest sale ratio, re-purchase frequency and transaction value/profit per customer, as well as reducing marketing costs. You will also be leading management processes and IT systems, and developing superior customer experiences. More information of duties can be obtained.
ABOUT YOU:
A minimum of 2 years experience in direct marketing/advertising working on vehicle accounts or working within the prestige automotive market. Strong CRM background, expertise in data analysis, intermediate programming, data analysis, statistics and reporting capability of basic and intermediate customer data software. Superior people, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated success in customer retention role.
