Co-ordinator Day Program Rosemount





 

The Co-ordinator Day Program position is an interesting and engaging one. It involves managing the day-to-day running of Rosemount's Day Program, supervising 4 staff members, conducting initial interviews and counselling families from the

program. This position requires someone who is flexible, has proven team-work skills and supervisory skills.



The main purpose of the position is to work with the young people and their families and networks to resolve the

difficulties the families are experiencing and assist them to move onto future goals.

ESSENTIAL:

Relevant tertiary degree



Counselling experience

Prior experience working with adolescents and parents



Experience in clinical supervision

Management experience of a small team



Current driver's licence

Salary in accordance with qualifications, based on SACS Award

Grade 6. Gross $58,906 + Super and salary packaging, equivalent package $71,208. This is a child related position and

is subject to the working with children check.
