Deference Force Recruiting (DFR) is a joint collaboration between the Department of Defence and the contracted supplier to manage the recruitment of all members to the Australian Defence Force (ADF). Corporate Health Group is proud to have been awarded the contract to provide the medical services component of this project.

Medical practitioners are required to undertake assessments to determine candidate suitability for employment with the Australian Defence Force.

Unconditional registration with the NSW Medical Board is a prerequisite. A willingness to undertake ongoing professional

development in accordance with Defence requirements is essential. Successful applicants will possess excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary environment.

Successful applicants will be required to undertake a security clearance and must have respect for ADF personnel and ethos. Previous experience with ADF medical entry standards, the ADF recruitment process and pre-employment medicals is preferred.

This DFR role offers the fl exibility of part-time/sessional hours and full-time alternatives and the opportunity to provide an assessment service of national importance.
