Our client is looking for a recent university graduate that is ambitious and eager to learn. The ability to prioritise and manage a hectic workload will be essential as you will have a diverse range of tasks and responsibilities.
Some key accountabilities as a Marketing and Sales Coordinator can be seen below:
• Creation and maintenance of price lists, order forms and UBFs.
• Processing/coordinating account, field team and marketing requests for Point of Sale (POS) and product samples.
• Organising mailouts to field sales and merchandising teams.
• Coordination of online consumer newsletter bi-monthly
• Manage POS budget and business requirements, including quotes & distribution
• Assisting with new product development projects as required.
• Generating reports and responding to ad hoc marketing and sales requests
• Managing the printing of internal marketing and sales materials
• Monitoring and reporting competitor and retailer activity
• Supporting the marketing and sales teams at trade shows and retailer expos as required.
