Having opened our Brisbane operation in 2008, we are actively looking to grow our presence in the commercial accounting market and as such are looking for ambitious, motivated recruiters keen to build a team around them.

Reporting directly to the Branch Manager with a remit to organically grow the commercial accounting side of the business, you will be part of a small, professional team dedicated to providing exceptional results to our clients - and have fun doing it! You will initially cover both contract and permanent recruitment at the Part Qualified and Qualified level across all commercial industries, and be highly involved in achieving the strategic objective of increasing the presence and headcount for the business within the accounting market.  Full autonomy and accountability will be given, with support from a highly experienced and well networked Branch Manager if required.             

Suitable candidates will ideally be degree qualified and have a minimum of 3 years recruitment experience in the accountancy field, ideally within Brisbane. In addition you will be a team player able to demonstrate strong business development skills and the ability to progress to a leadership role within a short period of time. A strong client service and relationship driven sales approach are also pre-requisites for the role.
