The opportunity
They are looking for an experienced recruitment consultant (4 years plus), either with generalist, business support or accounting experience, to join their team in Parramatta.  You will be responsible for growing a permanent desk, and thus experience in perm recruitment is a must.  You will also be expected to act on leads given to you as well as use your network to bring in new business.  Account management experience is also key so you move these accounts from transactional to account management and thus key clients.  This client will give you the responsibility and accountability for a client that you may be looking for, and the support you will need.  They can also provide a level of security to you that they have continued to grow through recent tough times, and plan to hire before Christmas.
