This business is a recruitment firm specializing predominately in the wealth management industry. We have the ability to service all states in Australia and predominately work in the Sydney and Melbourne marketplace, focusing on mid-senior and executive recruitment.
The position therefore is that of Recruitment Consultant and the role has come about to cover an extended leave period. We are seeking an experienced individual with at least 5 years experience. This role is principally a maintenance role with a large degree of relationship management. There are no sales involved whatsoever and the purpose is primarily to look after the existing book.
The role would suit a mature individual who is keen to take responsibility for the entire function. You will work with a large degree of flexibility and autonomy. Knowledge of the Wealth Management space would certainly be a great advantage – otherwise a strong understanding of the financial services industry would help. An attractive remuneration package will be offered to the right candidate.
