Our client is a Global organisation, who are looking for a Facilities Manager to join their team here in Sydney. This company are offering a Management role with a high degree of autonomy and above market remuneration. Expert ongoing training and support from our client's Management team will ensure you develop and achieve your potential and progress your career.

You duties will include:
  • To make sure that the operations of the site run smoothly
  • Ensure all works carried out to a high level
  • Ensure OH+S standards
  • Manage the budget
  • Compile reports 
  • Oversee your teams and contractor's KPI's
  • Risk Management
  • Manage the service teams
  • Develop client relationships

To be successful in this role you will need:
  • A technical, professional or university qualification in M+E or Facilities Management.
  • It is essential that you have experience of running a service team.
  • Experience of account management and developing client relationships.
  • Experience of overseeing contractors KPI's.
  • Project Management experience.
  • Experience of running a budget.
