Our client is an independent boutique agency in the Eastern Suburbs with an impressive track record for success. They are on the lookout for someone to literally knock their socks off for this reception role! If you imagine yourself working in a close knit and social environment for a progressive and supportive company, then this is could be your dream role.
This position will require someone who has great communication skills and the ability to provide excellent client service daily. You will be well presented, with previous experience in a similar role. Real Estate experience is preferred, but not essential. Solid understanding of Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, and Outlook are essential, and even though you do not need to type fast, you need to be accurate.
Your colleagues are a tight bunch and so are looking for someone who will “mix well” with them. And since this company relies heavily on first impressions and repeat business, a polite, sincere and above all welcoming disposition is essential.
