Our client is a thought leader than just a Land Re-Developer and need a Designer to turn a commercial concept into a viable design.

You will need a strong Civil discipline and may have worked on StormWater or Roads design. Equally you may be fed up with doing Sub divisions for Social Housing or Education and looking to lead a team than compete for margin.

This organisation rarely has staff turnover however with a new Manager is looking to think differently to how they approach the market, tenders and their position.

Reporting to the Manager New South Wales, your key responsibilities will include:

Provide professional civil engineering guidance and direction to internal design teams and external consultants;

Coordinate and undertake detailed design in a CAD environment; and

Lead the design edge.

It is essential that you:

Have 5-10 years post graduate experience in the land development market;

Have a solid grounding in civil engineering design in CAD environments;

Have excellent interpersonal skills and are able to contribute to the overall growth of the business.
