Operating now for over 15 years, our client is a medium tier builder who specialises in all facets of commercial building. With active projects on-the-go and a busy project portfolio for 2010 they are now in the market for an experienced Project Manager.

Typical projects can range from $10Mil+ and can be either design & construct or major refurb & fitouts across the Sydney Metro regions. This is a unique opportunity to be part of this reputable private organisation that is continuously growing and making its presence in the Sydney construction market.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 yrs Project Management experience.
• Degree or Trade Qualifications.
• Total management of projects valued up to $15M+.
• Extensive knowledge in procurement, tendering and contracts for hard dollar projects.
• Proven track record of excellent client relations skills.
• Excellent negotiation skills.
• Knowledge and experience in commercial, institutional, aged care or government projects.

Salary Package is open for negotiation but is promised to be extremely rewarding. Salary will be negotiated through experience but will start around the $140K - $150K total salary package.
