Our client is a well established designer and manufacture of residential window and door systems, working directly with small to medium builders across New South Wales. Due to the current opportunities that are presenting themselves in the residential housing sector, coupled with the social housing construction project, an unprecedented demand for sales talent has been created.
They are looking for a Sales Representative that has experience in managing an existing customer base of building and construction firms, whilst being accomplished at sourcing, qualifying and securing a substantial number of new business opportunities. More specifically you will:
- Understand the building industry and the forces driving change in windows and door
- Be efficient at reading plans and completing complicated take-offs
- Have a depth of technical knowledge surrounding windows and doors
- Have a demonstrated track record in meeting and exceeding performance targets
- Be able to write and manage territory activity plans
- Have a strong history in developing sustainable customer relationships
This is a fantastic opportunity for a sales professional to take full accountability of the selling function. Of course, you will be a lateral thinker with excellent communication skills, be goal orientated and a master at managing your time. You have attention to detail, are highly energetic with a passion to deliver superior customer service.
