Business Analyst (Senior) - Funds Management  / Back or Middle-Office Funds Experience. Global Funds Management firm requires a  Business Analyst to a project team working on portfolio services and investment solution and sales applications. Working as part of a QA team, the BA will be responsible which is responsible for all business requirement gathering/analysis and systems testing activities, as well as liaising with and providing support to users during User Acceptance Test.

Key Responsibilities -

• Run workshops with business users to gather business requirements
• Analyse business requirements and assist in project initiation activities
• Develop use case requirement documents and walkthrough with business users and developers
• Plan and execute system integration testing
• Recognise issues, raise and analyse defects and escalate as appropriate
• Plan and execute testing of system fixes on defects
• Coordinate user acceptance testing with business users
• Conduct training session with business users
• Provide post implementation support to business as required

Required Skills & Experience -

• Experience as a Business Analyst working on projects in a Funds Management IT environment
• Experience & an understanding across business requirement gathering processes, workshops and techniques
• Experience & an understanding of the full SDLC
• Good problem solving and analytical skills
• Experience with Funds Management Back Office systems, - Unit Registry and/or Unit Pricing systems
• Experience working for a funds management business
• Experience with portfolio management, unit registry and unit pricing systems.
