Recent high-profile customer wins within their Australian business have facilitated the need to hire a distinguished Test Manager to join them on a permanent basis in Sydney.

The Opportunity: 

• You will work across a high-profile project - leading and managing experienced teams of Testing professionals  
• Your experience as a Senior Testing Subject Matter Expert will allow you to demonstrate significant value add to premium customers on business critical projects  

Required Skills: 

• You will be able to demonstrate a solid tertiary education in Commerce or IT, coupled with at least 10 years commercial Senior Test Management experience, preferably within a Big 4 Consultancy
• Your many years of industry experience will have exposed you to : automated and manual testing, functional and technical testing, coupled with strong experience in managing multiple phase and multiple work stream testing projects  
• You  will have strong exposure to the Financial Services industry 
• Your consulting experience will have enabled you to work across: Test strategy and test plan formulation and articulation, Project Management, Engaging external customers and demonstrating the long-term value proposition, managing a broad range of functional and technical experts, and helping to grow a business in a challenging economic environment  
• It is preferred that you have some exposure to Mainframe systems and any knowledge of Siebel would be a distinct bonus
• Your experience will have enabled you to develop a network of high-level contacts within several ASX 200 listed businesses
• Above all, you must exhibit a professional, eloquent and consultative approach, coupled with exceptional verbal and written communication skills
