The role is highly focused on customer satisfaction and will be largely focused on allocating local deliveries to a small fleet of a dozen or so trucks, although there is some regular regional work to Canberra, the North and South Coast and Orange.
To be eligible, you must have a background in transport allocation. You will additionally need excellent communication skills, a commitment to customer satisfaction, fabulous follow-through and great attention to detail. With your background in transport, you should have a good understanding of fatigue management, and thorough knowledge of the Sydney metropolitan area. Experience with transport systems, Word and Excel is also a must.
