One bedroom is spare for office/studio space, projects or occasional overnight guests. Our 2nd floor location offers great views of the leafy neighbourhood and cool breezes in summer.

We are in our 30s, clean and tidy (but not obsessively) and have just moved to Melbourne. We smoke, but only outside on the balcony. We are into music and juggling and are prone to random creative outbursts but are generally harmless.

You can choose between the two spare rooms. Both are medium-sized and would comfortably fit a queen size bed. One has a large built-in wardrobe with plenty of shelves and hanging space, the other is slightly roomier and has a small built-in wardrobe. We can probably furnish the room if you need it. There is also an undercover parking space and a storage area.

Rent is $195 p/wk excl bills. Bond is 1 month’s rent. Available from 7th November but we can move into the spare room if you want to move in earlier.
