We have recently been in touch with the Compliance and Enforcement of Victoria and would like to remind you that all Victorian Escort and Prostitution ads must adhere to the Prostitution Control Act (1994, s.17)
When advertising in Victoria, your advertisement:
* must HAVE the letters "PCA" followed by the exemption number allocated to that provider by the BLA and is not false, or is no longer entitled to use.
* must NOT contain a photographic or other pictorial representation of a person unless it is restricted to the head and shoulders.
* must NOT refer to the race, colour or ethnic origin of the person offering sexual services
* must NOT refer to the health of, or any diagnostic procedures or medical testing undertaken by, the person offering sexual services
* MAY contain references to the sexual orientation of the person offering sexual services
* MAY state that safe sexual practices are engaged in and that condoms are always used.
All safe sex and medical certificate requirements under prostitution laws applying to licensees also apply to you as an exempt prostitution service provider.

If any ads are found to be outside the PCA guidelines, the ad will be deleted. If we find the ad(s) to be continually placed, the account responsible will be banned.
Please note, there are NO REFUNDS for ads removed because they are not within the approved form.
